Welcome to Smart Buzzer! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products located at https://stg.smart-buzzer.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Payment & Pricing
Advance Payment Requirement: All orders require full payment in advance. We do not offer “pay at completion” due to high volume of orders.
No Payment at Completion Policy: Payment must be completed before order processing begins. This policy ensures efficient service delivery for all clients.
Minimum Order Requirement: The minimum order is 55 reviews. This is a system requirement and non-negotiable.
Pricing Structure by Region: Pricing varies by geographic region. Current rates are displayed on our website and may be updated periodically.
Service Details
Review Post Schedule: We will add a maximum of 7–10 reviews per week on random days to ensure they appear natural. Reviews will be added gradually (not in bulk) to prevent removal by Google. On a daily basis, we will post 1–3 reviews per day.
Profile: We use local names, and the accounts will come from different individuals using various devices, IPs, and unique review sentences.
Content: You may choose the review content, but you cannot select the reviewer’s name. Reviewer names will be selected from local names only.
Content Preparation Process: We prepare 8x sentences per review ordered. For example, 55 reviews = approximately 440 unique sentences to ensure maximum variety and authenticity.
Reviews Appear Timeline: Reviews will appear within 24 hours of content approval and posting.
Business Eligibility
Prohibited Businesses: We do not work with adult content, gambling, or illegal service businesses.
Multi-Location Support: Reviews can be distributed across multiple business locations as requested.
Service Limitations
No Photo Reviews Available: We currently do not offer Google review photos due to algorithm risks. We only provide review text without images.
Facebook Reviews Also Offered: In addition to Google reviews, we also provide Facebook Business Page reviews with the same quality standards.
No PayPal Payments: PayPal is not supported as a payment method for our services.

Live Tracking Dashboard: Monitor your campaign progress in real-time at https://stg.smart-buzzer.com/tracker/ with detailed metrics and completion rates.
Maximum 10% Drop Rate Guarantee: We guarantee maximum 10% review loss and will replace any removed reviews at no additional cost.
Delivery Timeline: Campaigns will be completed within 1-2 months depending on volume ordered.
Safety & Compliance
Zero Account Bans Guarantee: We have served 1,200+ clients with zero account bans or penalties through our algorithm compliance measures.
Account Protection Guarantee: Your business account safety is guaranteed through our proven posting methods and aged account usage.
Algorithm Compliance Measures: We strictly follow platform guidelines using gradual posting, unique IP addresses, aged accounts, and natural timing patterns.
Content Creation Process
Draft Preparation: We prepare 200-300 review drafts for smooth campaign operation, natural randomized patterns, and to avoid platform flags.
Content Approval Process: We provide content previews for your approval before posting begins, or you may provide your own review drafts.
Review Variety Assurance: Multiple sentence options per review ensure authenticity and prevent repetition.
Geographic Coverage
Regions Served: We primarily serve United States, Canada, Australia, with expanding coverage to Singapore, UK, and New Zealand.
Regional Pricing Differences: Pricing varies by region based on local market conditions and requirements.
Guarantee
If any of your reviews are removed, we’ll replace them within 7 days after your order is completed. Otherwise, the campaign will be completed in around 1–2 months.
Mistaken Reviews
If an incorrect review is posted (wrong language or rating), it will not be removed but replaced with 10 new reviews at no additional charge.
Working Hours
Our working days are Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Communication
Response Time Expectations: Due to high volume, it may take approximately 1-3 days to respond to inquiries and start processing orders.

Due to high volume of requests, it may take approximately 1–3 days to start processing your order. We are committed to working efficiently to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only if the order’s fulfillment progress within 2 weeks is less than 10%. Requests for refunds based on other reasons or disputes will not be accepted to prevent misuse or “win case” disputes.
Processing Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee calculated on the refund amount. This fee covers administrative costs and payment processing expenses.
Fee Waiver: The 5% processing fee may be waived for very small refund amounts (typically under $10 USD equivalent) at our discretion.
